As well as its correlation with improving mental health. The definition of wellness is the result of your personal initiative by seeking a more optimal, holistic and balanced state of health. In layman terms, wellness is the state of being healthy.
Wellness is also the realization of your true potential. On the positive end of the spectrum, wellness is living a happier, healthier, and better life.
