Dealing with mothers day when depressed

5 – “Society, have mercy on me, I hope you’re not angry if I disagree” – Eddie Vedder – Society

It’s not that I want to die. I just want to be able to not lie awake all night, unable to sleep because the demons love the night time. To not feel like I can’t breathe because the darkness is so suffocating. To not want to run far away because trying to stick the smile on is too exhausting.

What is having dyslexia like?

Did you know the founder of Battle of Mind is dyslexic? He was diagnosed with moderate dyslexia after he had completed his second degree in tutoring. For some, they think it is just about making spelling mistakes but when you can experience first hand what living with dyslexia can be like then it helps you have more understanding and empathy. This new website has been created to explore what it is like to live with the condition.
