I think everyone has noticed recently that people are raising awareness of mental illness as since the recent economic crisis in the last decade more of us have experienced ill mental health or know of somebody connected to them that have been affected.

We have set up a survey to try and identify why people who are depressed became depressed in the first place which then gives us the opportunity to tackle the main root causes.

In this blog post we briefly discuss the aim of the survey and share a link for you to be able to complete it.

The aim of Battle of Mind is is to help people suffering discover strategies, techniques, contacts, therapies and therapists that can help you to heal your mind and become a stronger healthier person. It is possible.

By completing the survey we will be able to discuss more of the issues associated with depression and look at the root cause in more detail and how it can be tackled in future to help people have a better healthier and happier life.

It will only take 5 minutes so please complete it if you can , your help is appreciated.

Before this John was also a part 1 architect in 2008 but due to the recession found it hard to find part 1 positions so retrained as a teacher only to find that wasn't right for him too...this led to him having a severe breakdown due to excessive debts and no opportunity. He had to refocus himself, his life and how he saw the world. It is with these difficult experiences that Battle of Mind was born and the desire for people to know there is a way out of any difficulty they may be facing.
